These systems are part of the automation of palletiser loading and allow the accumulation of pallets / boxes and the automatic dispensing of these to the palletiser.
There are three types of storage systems:
- Pallets
- Boxes
- Pallets and boxes
The pallets/boxes accumulate vertically. One side of the mechanism is open (protected by a safety barrier) so that the operator can load the empty pallets/boxes in the accumulation area.
Empty pallets/boxes are lifted by means of a hydraulic system. The pallet/lower box, by means of an automatic system, is placed on the chain conveyor located under the dispenser and is transported to the palletiser lifting table.
