If they are not <strong>recycled <\/strong>adecuadamente pueden provocar gran contaminaci\u00f3n ambiental, ya que lo m\u00e1s properly they can cause great environmental pollution, since the most widespread way to dispose of this type of material is direct burning, which causes many toxic and harmful gases for the <strong>environment<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Here are some <strong>methods of tyre recovery<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<\/div><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-1 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top:30px;--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:21px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Noto Sans&quot;;font-style:normal;font-weight:800;margin:0;font-size:1em;\">Methods using heat<\/h3><\/div><ul style=\"--awb-line-height:28.9px;--awb-icon-width:28.9px;--awb-icon-height:28.9px;--awb-icon-margin:11.9px;--awb-content-margin:40.8px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-1 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Thermolysis<\/strong>: This is a high temperature process that allows the elements that make up the tyre to be triggered. In this way, metals, solid and gaseous hydrocarbons are obtained that can be reused for other purposes.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Pyrolysis<\/strong>: It is the chemical decomposition of the product through high temperatures without oxygen. In this way no dioxins or furans are produced that are too polluting. In the case of tyres, the rubber is degraded and GAZ is formed, a gas similar to propane that can be used for industrial use.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Incineration<\/strong>: It is the complete combustion of organic matter into ashes. The heat generated in this process can be used as energy, although if uncontrolled, incineration can cause great environmental damage.<\/div><\/li><\/ul><div class=\"fusion-title title fusion-title-2 fusion-sep-none fusion-title-text fusion-title-size-three\" style=\"--awb-margin-top-small:10px;--awb-margin-right-small:0px;--awb-margin-bottom-small:10px;--awb-margin-left-small:0px;--awb-font-size:21px;\"><h3 class=\"fusion-title-heading title-heading-left\" style=\"font-family:&quot;Noto Sans&quot;;font-style:normal;font-weight:800;margin:0;font-size:1em;\">Physical methods<\/h3><\/div><ul style=\"--awb-line-height:28.9px;--awb-icon-width:28.9px;--awb-icon-height:28.9px;--awb-icon-margin:11.9px;--awb-content-margin:40.8px;\" class=\"fusion-checklist fusion-checklist-2 fusion-checklist-default type-icons\"><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Cryogenic shredding<\/strong>: This is a costly and complex process resulting in a range of low quality products. The difficulty of purifying and separating the rubber in this process makes this system unsuitable.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Mechanical shredding<\/strong>: As the name implies, this is an entirely mechanical process, with no external chemical agents or addition of heat. The tyre passes through a series of shredders until it manages to reduce its size to a very small one.<\/div><\/li><li class=\"fusion-li-item\" style=\"\"><span class=\"icon-wrapper circle-no\"><i class=\"fusion-li-icon fa-angle-right fas\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/i><\/span><div class=\"fusion-li-item-content\"><strong>Conversion of tyres into electrical energy<\/strong>: Once separated, waste tyres can be converted into electrical energy. The waste is fed into a boiler where combustion takes place and the heat released from it is converted into steam and pressure.
