Rubber belt quality control

RubberMat® has different solutions for quality control of rubber bands, both in wide band and in strips.

The most common controls are:

  • Rubber thickness measurement.
  • Width measurement.
  • Measurement of thickness and width simultaneously, with the same equipment.
  • Measurement of surface defects (mainly holes).

The main technology used to carry out these quality controls is artificial vision equipment that allows real time and continuous control of the entire production.
