Immersion cooling lines
These equipments are used for cooling rubber bands or strips. Depending on the characteristics of the product air or water immersion cooling is used.
Immersion cooling lines are characterised by cooling the rubber by immersing it in water.
The combination of different conveying elements such as conveyor belts and rollers, convey the strips or rubber belt along one or several cooling tanks. At the end of the cooling process, the excess of anti-tack agent is removed mechanically and the rubber is dried by pneumatic means.
