A step forward in the international market
The union of both companies has meant a significant advance in the innovation and technology used in the manufacture of rubber machines. Just a year ago, the relocation of the headquarters from Vallès to Osona marked a notable increase in the production of machines designed specifically for certain processes.
The companies combine machinery design and consultancy with the manufacture of specialized machines, establishing a strong position in the sector. We have successfully applied router technology to rubber machines to enable remote assistance, which favors the export of our machines to other countries.
Overcoming challenges with determination
Last March, we hired two highly qualified individuals for the positions of production manager and head of the electrical department, but we still need more qualified personnel.
It is becoming increasingly difficult to find qualified people with the experience required by a growing company like Rubbermat®. Arumí addresses precisely this issue in the interview, lamenting the lack of ambition and commitment in current generations for a rubber sector that offers great opportunities and significant growth potential.
